I'm very pleased with how my new hardwood floors look - thank you!

It was great working with Jimmy and the Super Choice staff who were recommended to me by a friend. They were very accommodating and patient with all my questions and in helping me make a final decision.

Pricing was excellent - best price I found - and the measurement estimates were right on. They were also very accommodating when it came to an installation schedule since I needed to delay due to other reno issues. In the end they were able to fit me in within a few days of my place being ready.

The installation team did a very good job and worked efficiently and precisely and were willing to accommodate my requests. Their co-operation was greatly appreciated. All the installers were very respectful of my property and made every effort not to disturb things.

Overall, it was a very positive experience working with Super Choice!

We have worked with Jimmy and his team before. We just had a great rip out and hardwood install with baseboards done. The we're professional, tidy and fast. The floor look amazing! I passed Jimmy's card to some friends that have a large project coming soon.

They did a great job, the stairway looks exactly like picture from magazine I provided. The spindles from the company I wanted, the red oak stained exactly the product and color I requested. The posts custom made to match, new treads with no squeaks. My neighbors and friends are very impressed. 2 have asked me for their name from picture I posted on my facebook. It's was nice to come home from vacation with the job completed.

I phoned Jimmy to see if he could repair a small piece of carpet that was cut out of our hall during our renovations. No problem. He sent over Bobby, who came equipped with under padding and tools and within 20 minutes he had fitted a piece into the carpet and it looks great. Bobby was very friendly and had the job done in no time and its hard to see where the patched carpet is. Johnny was very considerate and helpful and we would definitely give Super Choice a call next time we are looking for flooring.

What an amazing experience throughout the entire process! My husband and I had researched a few flooring stores and there was no one that could come close to Jimmy's prices. The pricing was not the reason we chose Jimmy. More importantly, it was his sincerity and integrity that helped with our decision to hire him. When I spoke to Jimmy on the phone, he was extremely knowledgeable and there wasn't a question he couldn't answer. Once I met Jimmy, his sincerity shone through and I hired him on the spot. The installation of the hardwood throughout our entire house was not only on time, but was done professionally and with as little disruption as possible. Yuri and his team who installed were fantastic. Anything that I asked, Yuri was able to answer or help find a solution to any minor concern we may have had. The team were on time, efficient and excellent at their work. We would highly recommend Jimmy and his team for your renovation. It is rare to find old fashioned customer service in today's market. Upon our first visit to Jimmy's store, we were very impressed, Jimmy took the time to explain all the differences between hardwood types, grades and stains. He showed up at our house, took measurements and explained the whole job from start to finish. We replaced all the carpet with hardwood. We also replaced the stairs, pickets, and stair rail. Jimmy's staff did an excellent job. They left our house neat and tidy each day. The final product looked absolutely beautiful. I would not hesitate to hire Jimmy again !! Thanks Jimmy and Manny, your company does excellent work and I look forward to hiring you again when we re-do our bedrooms.

We shopped around for over 3 months before going with Super Choice. Jimmy's pricing could not be beat and the install experience was within the specified time frame and clean. This is my third house having hardwood installed and I never had transition pieces cut so smoothly. The installers even identified plywood that was not evenly installed, and sanded it down perfectly before installing the hardwood over it. Very satisfied with the install experience. Thanks Jimmy! From the moment we entered your store on ridgeway we were warmly greeted.You then went through all the flooring types and explained,in great detail,how each might best fit into our plans.We felt you listened to us and, were genuinely interested in helping us select the right material for our project. We felt quite comfortable with the price you quoted. We chose the Kahlua hardwood.It looks fantastic. The material was delivered a couple of days prior to installation as promised. The installers were on time and the best. Their attention to datail was amazing. It was apparent they took great pride in their workmanship.They were friendly, efficient and cleaned up at the end of each day. They did all the cutting outside in order to minimize the dust in our home.When our professional painter saw the job he said it's the best he's ever seen.They were true professionals Jinny, in a nutshell, we will not hesitate to recommend you and your crew to our friends and relatives. Very fast and easy service. No need to go shop around...prices can't be beat. They even moved all furniture from the rooms and put it back after. It was an all day job, but they did fantastic. So glad we had it done. The house looks amazing now.
